Calen Lifestyle Goods Inc displays product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and the total order amount before payment is submitted.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorizes payment for the displayed order total.

One-Time Retail Orders

Orders on this website are one-time purchases unless a product page and checkout page clearly state otherwise. We do not enroll customers in automatic renewal, subscription, membership, or recurring billing by default.

Failed or Flagged Payments

Orders may be held, declined, or canceled if payment authorization fails, billing details cannot be verified, fraud screening raises concerns, or the transaction violates payment processor rules.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing time.
