Shipping & Delivery

Calen Lifestyle Goods Inc ships clothing, accessories, and lifestyle merchandise to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping costs, available methods, and any estimated delivery timing are shown before payment is submitted.

Shipping Time

If a product page or checkout page states a delivery estimate, we use that estimate as our shipping representation. If no specific shipping time is stated, we aim to ship within 30 days after receiving the customer name, address, and payment authorization.

Delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days where no time is stated, we will contact the customer with an updated shipping estimate and give the customer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us quickly if an address needs correction before shipment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable for delivery, we will contact the customer about reshipment or refund options. Additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
