30-day returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide practical return instructions; do not include card details in your email.
Condition and costs
For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. The original delivery charge is not refunded for a change-of-mind return unless required by law. These conditions do not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will explain any refusal or adjustment. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Statutory refund deadlines take precedence where they require a faster refund.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
Contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help but are not the only way to raise a concern. The suggested 7-day reporting period does not cut off applicable legal rights. We will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Return costs resulting from our error will not be charged to you.
Cancellation before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If dispatch has not occurred, we will stop fulfillment where possible and refund the cancelled order. If it has shipped, the return process applies, without limiting any applicable rights.
